(on the floor, left to right): Mary Roberge, Ben Mains, Roger Ochs, Heidi Myers, Pat Haynes, Steve Wandzy, Rick Anderson, Derek Ross.
(on the stage, left to right): Dana T. Ring, Mary Holt, Dorrie Mitchell, Konrad Rogowski, Paula Cortis, Ron Blanchette, Samantha Burgan, Adam Gutcheon, Lisa Abate.
(upper left platform): Paul DiProto, Stephen Grout.
(upper right platform): Jane Roets.
As the Beadle (Stephen Grout) watches, the undertaker (Roger Ochs) sings "The Ballad of Sweeney Todd", while a gravedigger (Dana T. Ring) prepares an unfortunate's final resting place.
Sweeney (Konrad Rogowski) is appalled by the depravity of the Beggar Woman (Paula Cortis) while the young sailor Anthony (Adam Gutcheon) is more tolerant.
Sweeney is unimpressed, to put it mildly, by a creation of Mrs. Lovett (Pat Haynes), who makes "The Worst Pies in London."
Told of his wife's horrifying fate, Sweeney vows revenge.  Mrs. Lovett retrieves his old barber's instruments, and he sings to his razor in "My Friends."
Tobias (Steve Wandzy) gathers a crowd of Londoners in an attempt to drum up business (literally) for a purported hair tonic in "Pirelli's Miracle Elixir."
Having been challenged by Sweeney to a duel of tonsorial skill, upstart barber Pirelli (Dana T. Ring) sings of his prowess in "The Contest." One volunteer (Derek Ross) watches Sweeney strop, while the other (Ron Blanchette) gets lathered up.
